Hi,

I've been looking all over the world for a deactivated PKM machine gun, but they are really hard to find for someone like me without contacts in eastern europe/russia.

I'm told that they are readily available in russia for a reasonable price so I'm wondering if somebody here might be able to help me out. I will ofcourse pay you a nice finders fee if we can work something out.

You were lied to, they're very hard to come by. Your best bet is to get one from Germany, try googling it up, I've seen a PKM deact for sale on some german site a year or two ago for less that it would have costed to have one special order deact in Russia.

Regarding the german PKM, that guy is in jail now.
We were supposed to buy a PKM from Modelbau but he was taken away by the police two days before we went down there to pick up the gun.
He was apparently selling more than just deactivated guns..

As I know PK (not PKM) is possible to find for ~USD900 in Ukrain.
