Where did your hear about it ? This is Flora pattern, only in other colours.Здравствуйте. I'm the "guy who runs kamouflage.net". I have three examples of "Flora", which differ only in the background colours. One has a green/khaki background; one has a stone/sand coloured background; one has a grey-green background.
Usually the reason of different colors is different textile companies that made fabric of same pattern. But about your case - I never seen "Flora" (the most common pattern in Russia) in sand colours.If possible, I would like to know:
1) official and unofficial designations for each pattern.
What do you mean by "Official designations" ? Usually this is only name, given by textile production company or company, which made uniform. This may be also numeric index. Some designations, like Flora and Berezka, left from the Soviet times, when all were centralized.2) the year in which each pattern was trialled.
3) the year in which each pattern was authorised for use.
You'd better ask manufactureres of military closing about it .
