Chemical Detachments are doctrinally organized like SFODAs with autonomous split characteristics (E6 and E5 Split Team and E7 and E5 Split Team). Each detachment will provide NBC reconnaissance support to Special Forces units
Currently, seven chemical detachments are authorized. Two are active duty detachments, one is stationed at Fort Lewis to support 1st SFG and the other Fort Campbell to support 5th SFG (Three are in the Reserves and two in the National Guard). Under TAA-11 (Chemical Corps re-design), three additional active duty detachments will be activated to provide support to all active SFGs.
SFODA – Special Forces Operational Detachment A (team)
FOB – Forward Operating Base (SF TOC)
J5 – Technical Escort
V – Ranger Parachutist (Enlisted)
5S – Ranger Parachutist (Officer)
(If a Ranger Parachutist not available, a Parachutist would be acceptable)
То-то я в них сразу корешей заподозрил))))))
Я слышал,что при каждой SFG есть подразделения хим защиты,а воочую их никогда не видел. А они вот какие красивые
